Added bug list

So, everyone can keep track of any issues and when they might be resolved… Link is at the top of the page.   After adding the REPORT A BUG link (up top), I felt this would help… Also, should help deal with those that keep saying things in reviews like “lots of bugs” yet never enumerate them.  There have been lots of helpful folks submitting bugs and I’ll be dealing with them as quickly as I can find them!
